Our goal at Today’s Lunch is to create good, nourishing, foods. We don’t lean towards “low-fat/no-fat” ingredients or the elimination of fats altogether. We do, however, try to incorporate “good fats” (avocado, olive oil, nuts) into our foods whenever appropriate. Multiple fresh vegetables and herbs are the bulk of the ingredients when creating many of our foods. Poultries, leans meats and an array of beans are often used as well. We like to implement ingredients that are “not too tampered with” – as close to their natural state as possible – much like the foods our forefathers ate. In essence, our foods are homemade and delicious. That’s what I do. I cook for you!
